Sales Process

For customers not in a position to physically visit RCS showrooms, mail order is ideal and may be carried out by phoning us directly or emailing your requirements. There is a small postage charge according to regular pricing with An Post. Please indicate if you would like silks posted via ‘Registered Post’. Payments may be made by credit/debit card. Please note RCS is certified and is PCI DSS compliant with the Industry’s standards involving payment protection.

Customers can request posting of swatches of particular silks at no charge and you may inform us of your specific needs/swatches via phone or email. There is no charge for this service.

Please note, we do provide and in house bridal design service , requiring a lead time of approximately 3 months.

Yes, this is important as the silks are cut and work commences immediately. Naturally, minor adjustments may be made and fine tuning discussed!
